J.W. Doye (Insulation) Limited was established in 1983 and has held an asbestos removal licence since the Asbestos Licensing Regulations were first introduced in the same year.

Doyes, as the company is now widely and affectionately known, is one of a growing number of companies to be awarded the ARCA Site Audit Accreditation Scheme Award (SAAS), it has been a member of ARCA, (The Asbestos Removal Contractors Association) since May 1989.

The company achieved quality assurance accreditation to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 in July 1999 and are currently working towards ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 accreditation.
Contracts have been carried out by Doyes for local authorities in civic centres, schools and domestic properties. NHS Trusts, English Heritage, government institutions and many blue chip private sector companies are also regular clients.
